Gavin Stewart Burge of Henleyfield, MS, died Tuesday, April 21, 2009 in Hattiesburg, MS. Gavin Burge was a logger and a member of First Baptist Church of Henleyfield.
The deceased is survived by: three daughters: Evelyn Pooley of Athens, AL, Marilyn Mitchell of Henleyfield, MS and Joann Jones of Henleyfield, MS; 6 Grandchldren; 13 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Grandchild; and two brothers: Ray Burge of Henleyfield, MS and Argel Burge of Henleyfield, MS.
The deceased is preceded in death by: his parents: Francis Marion Burge and Virginia D. Burge; his wife: Retta Perry Burge; and one brother: Carl Burge.
