Timothy C. Bourn died Thursday, October 11, 2012 in Pinola, MS.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at New Bethel Church in Jayess, MS for Rev. Timothy C. Bourn, 49, of Sumrall, formerly of Biloxi.
Burial will be in New Bethel Church Cemetery.
Rev. Bourn was the Pastor of First Pentecostal Church of Sumrall. He was a member of World Wide Pentecostal Fellowship.
Rev. Bourn was an annointed singer and songwriter. He recorded three albums in which he wrote the lyrics and sang the songs. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman and was also a loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed spending many hours with his one year old grandson , Carson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Mercelyn Bourn.
He is survived by his wife, Jonette Sullivan Bourn of Sumrall; step-mother, Melissa Deaver Bourn of Columbia; a son Clint R. Bourn (Wendy) of Sumrall; four sisters, Twyla Swanner, Tiji Hatfield, Tara Smith, and Toyia Bourn all of Columbia; three brothers, Todd Bourn of Columbia, Tedd Bourn of Tupelo, and Travis Bourn of Petal; and a grandson, Carson Bourn of Sumrall.
Visitation will be 5:00-10:00 PM Sunday at First Pentecostal Church of Sumrall and beginning at 12:30 PM Monday at New Bethel Church.
