Funeral services for Betty Jean Higgins will be at noon Monday, Nov. 28, in the Greater Grove Street M.B. Church at noon with the Rev. Dr. Casey D. Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home. There will be a visitation hour from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, in the chapel.
Betty Jean Higgins died Saturday, Nov. 19, in The Bluffs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center following a brief illness. She was 63.
