Husband of Earlene Pace Wilson
Son of Turner and Lena Wilson
Billy Wilson, age 77, and a resident of Ocean Springs, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2011 in Ocean Springs.
Mr. Wilson was retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Sergeant, and also retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding. He enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his two sons, Steve Wilson and Marty Wilson; his parents, Turner and Lena Wilson; brothers, Jack Wilson and PeeWee Wilson; and his step-mother, Sally Wilson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Earlene Wilson of Ocean Springs; two daughters, Debbie Lukow and Tracy Parker, and her husband Ken, all of Ocean Springs; brother, James Wilson, and his wife Pat of Metairie, LA; 8 grandchildren: David, Jackie, Bonnie, Meagan, Dakoda, Victoria, Jordan, and Katherine; and 7 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give special thanks to Odyssey Hospice Staff, especially Christy, for their care and kindness.
Friends are invited to visit from 5:00 p.m. until the Funeral Service at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2011 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Biloxi. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Columbia, MS.
